Any buyer who wants to purchase a product or service on Softurion Store shall:
The order confirmation is a proof of buyer's acceptance of the present Terms of Sales, and recognition that he has read them and waives any rights to any other terms of sales he may otherwise use.
All the data provided by the buyer and the recorded transaction will be used as proof of purchase. Buyer confirmation is a proof of buyer's acceptance to the operation.
After reception of proof of payment by our Bank partner, Softurion will send to the email address provided during checkout the invoice and the license document for all purchased applications. Buyer will need to download the lastest version of the application (if not already done while testing the trial version) on our website: www.softurion.com/download.
You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Store, and authorize our Bank partner to charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including VAT as applicable). You must pay before you can receive the licenses by email.
The total amount comprises the price of any products you purchase plus applicable VAT at the rate of the date of payment. No intra-community purchase can be realized on Softurion Store (ie you must pay VAT). You agree to pay in the currency set in the invoice.
YOU HEREBY COMMIT TO PROVIDE YOUR CORRECT AND TRUTHFUL LIVING ADDRESS. BY SUBMITTING THE ORDER, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND AGREE TO BE HELD SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FALSE DECLARATION REGARDING YOUR RESIDENCY LOCATION. THE APPLICABLE VAT IS CALCULATED IN CONFORMANCE WITH EUROPEAN RULES REGARDING PRODUCTS CLASSIFIED AS SERVICES UNDER EU VAT LAW, OR IN CONFORMANCE WITH FRENCH 'ARTICLE 262-TER 1 OF THE CODE GENERAL DES IMPOTS OR ARTICLE 146 OF THE DIRECTIVE 2006/112/CE IN CASE OF VAT EXEMPTION.
We do not record any credit card information on Softurion web site; at the time of payment, we will redirect you to our financial partner, BNP-Paribas bank, where you shall enter your credit card information to proceed with payment. Any payment requires that you fill out personal information to allow us to create the invoice and manage the order processing. For more information on how we treat personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to cancel at any time until you receive the license. Once you receive your license(s), all sales of products are final.
Prices for Softurion products offered via the Store may change at any time, and Softurion does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
When our products are available for sale on the Mac App Store, you can decide to buy them from Apple instead. In these case, you shall conform to Apple's terms and conditions.
Please note that Softurion is a French Company with Euro (€) as business currency. Certain banks may charge fees to its customers for international transactions or foreign currency transactions, even if the currency used for payment is the same as your own currency. These fees are defined by your bank and directly taken by your bank, not us. Please refer to your bank information notice on international purchase or for purchase in foreign currencies.
Before you purchase our products, you have the possibility to download, free of charge, a trial version for 30 days (additional restrictions may apply depending on the application). It is a breach of contract to desactivate the license system in order to benefit from any trial version indefinitely. The trial version aims at allowing you to test our application and see if it brings value to you before you buy it.
When you checkout on our Store, we will offer you the possibility to create a user account. This account allows you to track your orders and manage or recover your licenses. Data stored being the same as those required for payment and invoice processing, we strongly encourage you to create an account the first time you buy products with us.
If you don't create an account, you will not be able to access your order status once processed.
Personal information may be processed electronically by Softurion for its own use. In compliance with the French law « informatique et libertés » of January 6, 1978 modified in 2004, you have the right to access or modify your personal information; You can exercise your right either by contacting Softurion directly or by connecting to your Customer account.
All applications sold on Softurion Store remain the exclusive property of Softurion. You only purchase a license to use such application. You must read and accept the End User Software License Agreement before using any application.
