The Budget View displays all the elements necessary to manage the Income Statement and the CashFlow. The top part consist of the Income and Expenses monthly balances. As described in Budget View, you can display the actuals, forecast and delta (actual-forecast).

The result is calculated by adding all income and substracting all expenses. As explained in The 3 Major Statements, the financial result is not sufficient to understand variations in bank accounts. We must correct the result by substracting asset variations and adding liabilities variation for that month to get the Cash Flow.
The Cash Flow must be equal to the Bank accounts variation. The Helper line shows the difference between the Cash Flow line and the Financial:Bank line to help you ventilate the cash flow in the various bank variations.
